~Our Guarantee~
We provide a written guarantee against genetic hip and eye disease for your puppies first 26 months of life. All sires and dams are certified hip dysphasia free by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals(OFA)
and their eyes are certified clear by the Canine Eye Registration Foundation(CERF) If the conditions of the guarantee are not kept, you may keep the original dog if you supply proof of sterilization. We will give you another puppy from a different litter at our expense. If the dog is bred before 24 months of age we will void the guarantee !
~Puppy Policy~
Cost of pups vary depending on Titles, Training time, and investment in the parents. Perspective owners are asked to complete our puppy questionnaire, which helps us fit you with the perfect pup for your lifestyle. Please e-mail us at hrkplabs@hotmail.com to request a puppy questionnaire.
~Deposits~
Most of our litters are sold before the puppies are born and sometimes even before the breeding takes place. In order to keep things running smoothly, Color and sex of your desired pup MUST be specified at time of deposit. If you change your preference on sex or color after the pups are born you lose your spot in the picking order. A $200.00 will reserve your desired pup. We prefer our puppy questionnaire to be sent along with your deposit. Deposits are recorded on a first come first serve basis. If the pup you desire is produced you are expected to complete the purchase. If you do not complete the purchase the deposit is forfeited or applied to another litter. If we do not produce the puppy you have selected, you have the following options:
1. A full refund of deposit
2. Choice of another available puppy
3. Re-apply deposit to a future litter
~Puppy Pick-up~
Pups whelped at Hunters Rose Kennel will have dew claws removed, be dewormed, first vaccination at 6 wks and be implanted with a Homeagain Microchip. All pups are also taken through our puppy program that includes: gunfire introduction and problem solving exercises. Upon departure from our Kennel all pups receive our “Puppy Packet” which includes: Health record with vaccination and worming schedule, feeding schedule, micro chip enrollment form, AKC registration, copies of all titles and health clearances of the parents and of course our written guarantee.
Our puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 7wks. We prefer the pup to be picked up at our kennel. Puppy buyers coming to the kennel should plan to pick up their pup at a prearranged time. If you are unable to arrive at your scheduled date and time, we will make the selection for you. This is necessary in order to be fare to those making travel plans in advance.
Puppy buyers shipping their pup must have balance paid in full when pup is 7wks of age, or forfeit order of choice. Shipping is available at 8wks of age. All shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. All flight arrangements will be made by Hunter’s Rose Kennel. Flight arrangements will be made with the customers schedule in mind. However, the safety and well being of the puppy is our first and foremost concern. After we have received confirmation from the new owner that the pup has arrived safely, the “puppy packet” will be mailed out.
